fall lovebirds

This has such a wonderful quality about it. Usually I don't like paintings of birds because usually they are cliche. But this one I like. To see more paintings from this artist, click here.

Yesterday, I officially became enthusiastic about fall. I had been holding out because we had such a perfect and beautiful, honeymoon summer, I didn't want it to end. But now we are sharing our first fall MARRIED!!! And I am excited about that too! It started me thinking about having our first holidays married AND in our new home!!! That about made me burst with excitement!

ballet flats

If you know me, you know how much I like ballet flats. These are simply adorable. I really don't need any more,...but they are fun to look through. To see more click here.

mr. pitiful

In lieu of my anticipation for the great state fair of Oklahoma's opening tomorrow, this one-man-show/carnival themed music video seems to be a good topic today. It is overall jolly and pleasant. Please enjoy!

pop pop POP

Origami based packaging concepts can be so fun and seem to be a reemerging crave. This was designed by Packlab, a package design studio in Finland. As your popcorn pops, the package unfolds and becomes a cute origami serving bowl!

nails

How cool is this! My mom showed it to me. He does his art with only nails and wood, very unique.

remembering

It seems wrong to to let today pass without remembering the tragedy that occurred eight years ago. We learned the frailty of life. No image or illustration seemed right for this topic. So, I post this picture I took, because it reminds me that in the darkness there is hope.

Love hard.
Laugh often.
Live with no regrets.

God bless America.
