Well, we are having the loveliest snow today (even if it did come after 2 inches of ice). So, I wanted to highlight this artist, Kenneth Libbrecht. AMAZING snowflake pictures!

Well, this seems like the perfect post today. Not only do I love this song, it also makes me happy (especially if I do the ridiculous dance he does) and exemplifies how I feel these days.
I feel I am constantly saying to Jeff or my friends, "one day when we have money, I'm gonna..." Oh, yay for dreaming!
Since we have had actual snow this year (as opposed to the usual Oklahoman-can't-decide-if-it's-slush-ice-hail-or-snow), I am feeling in a snowflake mood.
I have always found snowflakes fascinating. There is a special magic and uncontainable excitement when you are a child and you see your first snowfall. Well, I guess that magic has always stayed alive for me. Pictures like these that capture the delicacy and uniqueness of each flake are just enchanting.
OK, so to be totally honest, I had a wonderful break with Jeffrey, I have had a ton of work pile up, and I have been dragging my feet to get back into the swing of things. But I am back now! And back with vigor! And what is a better way to come back than with coffee!
I love my morning coffee and let me tell you, Jeff makes coffee an art. At least the taste of it! But I had no idea that coffee could look so beautiful!
So now that Jeff has conquered the many flavors of coffee (and any of you who have had his coffee know it's the truth) I have a new thing for him to achieve...coffee art! Cuz' drinking coffee this pretty just has to taste better.
